WATCH D.O.G.S. is an educational initiative brought to schools by the National Center for Fathering. D.O.G.S. stands for Dads of Great Students and this program's mission is to provide students with positive male role models (fathers, brothers, uncles, grandfathers) in their schools while also providing extra sets of eyes to help reduce bullying. Currently, there are 5,148 registered WATCH D.O.G.S. schools in 47 states along with 5 other countries. If you are interested in volunteering at Rice Elementary as a WATCH D.O.G., please contact our 4th grade teacher Karlee Gutierrez.
