Hello! My name is Mrs. Armour. This is my seventh year of teaching and my first year at Rice. I am coming to Rice from 3 years teaching K-12 Music and high school Math at PSD Global Academy and PSD Options. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, where I studied Music and Secondary Math Education. I am excited to learn how to be a Rice Raptor!

My primary instrument is percussion, but I spend a lot of time these days singing or jamming on ukulele, guitar, and drums. In my personal time, I love to read. I am always looking for good science fiction and fantasy book recommendations. I also enjoy doing Muay Thai (also known as Thai Boxing), which I have been learning for the past 6 years.
