I am so excited to be a part of the Rice family and to be a Raptor! This is my 5th year teaching first grade, and teaching in general! I have a Bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and a Masters in Early Childhood Education, both from Colorado State University. I am a military BRAT and have lived in many places, including Germany and England. My favorite activities are singing, reading, scrapbooking, camping, paddleboarding, hammocking, and playing outside with my dog, Marley.
