I am proud to be the full-time School Psychologist at Rice for the 2022-23 school year! It was an honor to serve Rice in 2021 part-time and I am excited to get to know even more students and staff being at Rice everyday! I grew up in Minnesota and attended Saint John's University in Collegeville, MN where I earned by Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2016. I took a year to work part-time as an Americorps tutor in an elementary school and full-time as a Direct Care Provider for adults with developmental delays and dementia. I then moved to Kansas where I attended University of Kansas to achieve my Educational Specialist degree in the field of School Psychology! My passion for developing student Critical Thinking skills informed my thesis for that degree and my practice with students from 2019 to 2021 in a small, rural Kansas school district outside of Topeka. I moved to Fort Collins in 2021 and am incredibly excited to serve in PSD and Rice Elementary School for the foreseeable future!
