Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) 
MTSS is a framework within which our learning community ensures student success and growth by meeting their academic, social emotional, and behavioral needs.  At Rice, we accomplish this through ongoing analysis of formative assessments, collaborative planning and problem solving, working with students based on individual needs, fostering positive behavioral supports at the school-wide, classroom and individual student levels, and working with parents to encourage the partnership between school and home.
