Hi all!

My name is Tess Hartline, and I am so excited to be joining the Rice Elementary team as the School Counselor. I grew up in Colorado and will be graduating in May with my master's degree from Colorado State University in Counseling and Career Development with a specialization in School Counseling. While I am completing my degree, I have obtained a license from the Colorado Department of Education to serve as a counselor. I spent last semester working as an intern at Cache La Poudre Elementary and am thankful to be able to begin my career in Poudre School District. In my position here at Rice, I will work with students primarily through teaching Leader in Me classroom lessons, small group counseling, and individual counseling.  

I am fairly new to the Fort Collins area and am excited to immerse in the amazing community that Wellington is. In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors and visiting with friends and family.
